a very good question, with a very good answer
It will be the first thing out of your mouth. We’re positive. Because we don’t really say exactly what we do. And there is good reason for that. One reason is simple: we don’t have one particular product or service. Here are some other reasons.
First understand that we will be focusing on health care customers. h3o(software) wants to show the health care industry that you can build software that the end-user likes. You can build simple interfaces. You can build fast software. And it can follow all of the rules. Our experience (specifically mine) is in health care. Almost 6 years of it. I’ve seen enough. I know it can be better.
“OK, health care, but what about it?”
There is actually a very large list of tools that can be built for health care facilities. But we aren’t going to claim we build any one in particular. Because we build what you want. Let’s say that another way: it’s your software not ours.
Too often health care practices have to purchase software that is designed and built to match a vanilla approach to health care business. And when the software is installed there is a large undertaking of changing the business to make the software more efficient. h3o(software) believes this is wrong.
So, to answer the question we ask one. What do you do? Because it’s what you do that is important. We build software for what you do, not what we do.
